Cabinet hardware placement standards. On lower cabinets place knob holes 2 1 2 down from the top of the door. However there is one slight difference. Adjust the screw hole placement accordingly if necessary. For slab doors you will want the hole placement to be equidistant from the bottom and side of the cabinet.
